How to request a refund

To make a return, please send as a message through shopify inbox. Have in mind that all returns must meet the following conditions:

-Have no signs of wear or defect

-With the original packaging (original Coralénia box)

REQUEST RETURN

Your request will be accepted within 24 - 48 hours. You will then receive all the instructions by us.

Size issues

FREE CHANGE for size or product. So don't worry if the ring or necklace size isn't right or if you want to exchange it for another product.In these cases the first change is totally free.In case of exchange for another product with a different amount, the amount paid in excess will be refunded through the same payment method, or if the product to exchange has a higher amount than the product that you purchased (at the time you placed the order), you will be asked to pay the difference.

We will collect your order and deduct 2.90€ from the amount to be refunded to cover shipping costs if you use our courier service.

EUROPEAN UNION & NON

We will collect your order and deduct 8.95€ from the amount to be refunded to cover shipping costs if you use our courier service (EUROPEAN UNION). Send the package on your own with the courier service of your choice (shipping costs and possible customs fees related to the shipment will be borne by you) - For Non - European Union.
