We do not accept refunds on orders.

The company offers the possibility of exchanging a product within 30 days from the date of receipt. The customer is required to return the product in the same excellent condition it was received, unused, and in its original packaging (box, bag etc.), without any damage or alterations.

Items that have been used are not eligible for exchange. The cost of return shipping and new delivery will be covered by the customer, using ACS courier service.

For outside of Cyprus residents, the shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer.
